New Recipe For The Week Of:
September 10, 2001
Easy Chicken and Biscuits
YUM!
Here is what you will need:
One can (10 3/4 oz)Cream of Celery Soup
One can (same size)Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup of milk
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups cut veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
2 cups cooked white meat chicken cubed
One package 7 or 10 oz refrigerater biscuits (buttermilk type)
In a 9x11 (three quart) baking pan, mix soups, milk
thyme, pepper, veggies and chicken.
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until hot.
Stir the mixture.
Arrange biscuits over chicken mixture and bake
for 15 minutes at 400F until biscuits are golden.
Allow to sit 5 minutes.
Makes 4 generous servings
